At Schröder Designverpackung, we print and convert films for your tubular bag machines and flowpack machines.
All automatic films are produced from high-quality and certified raw materials and printed in-house. Two state-of-the-art flexographic printing machines with a printing width of up to 1200 mm and 8 colours are available for this purpose. We print on a wide range of materials such as BOPP, CPP, PET, LDPE, MDPE, HDPE, cellophane films or biodegradable films. In order to be able to exactly match your defined colours, we use an automated colour mixing system.
The films for industrial applications are sealable and available in various thicknesses and roll widths. If required, the printed film packaging can even be coated, for example, antifog. The inks used for flat films, tubular films, shrink films, laminated films etc. are food safe, environmentally friendly and biodegradable.
